First, grab some towels to clean up any water that might splash out. Then, create a good seal and push in and out vigorously. Finally, make sure to keep the plunger covered in water and repeat the process until the clog lets loose. Most of the time, a plunger will work with the right technique.
Stopped up shower
Just like your tub, everything used during your daily bathing goes down the drain. If you've had a long day at work or with the kids, the shower is supposed to be your stress-free zone, NOT another issue on your plate.DIY Tip: Use a "cup" plunger. Unlike a "flange" plunger, it doesn't have a protruding part inside the cup. Create a strong seal by placing the plunger over the entire drain. Thrust downward several times to break up the blockage.
