Okay, so maybe that's a little bit of a stretch. Doing laundry rarely tops anyone's list of the most enjoyable things to do in life. We may not be able to make the process more fun BUT we can make it easier.
Making laundry fun vs. easier
A task can be dreadful if there's difficulty involved. The degree of difficulty can span from the amount of physical labor that's involved to the availability of the tools that are needed. Oftentimes, when we don't have everything that we need, we avoid the process altogether. Or we do it, but while we mumble under our breath. Don't we all wish for things to be easier?That's where we come in! We spoke to one of our Coventry CT customers and found that she wished she had more of a 'work space' in the basement laundry area. A deep basin sink comes in handy when you need to wash delicates or pre-treat stubborn stains. A water-proof back splash is necessary to protect walls during the process. A smooth, flat folding surface is great to use when clothes are fresh out of the dryer. To keep this area separate from the rest of the basement, a glossy raised platform is helpful.
While we aren't sure if laundry is more fun now, we know it'll be much easier for her now that she has the things she needs. If there's a chore in your home that you dread doing, give us a call.
